- Edit pool details including name, resort, pricing, and traveler counts
- Automatically update pool status: Open → Almost Full → Locked → Completed

- Upload pool images via the image management interface
- When a pool reaches target travelers, it moves to "Locked" status
- Completed pools are hidden from the public marketplace
